    Founder of Project Group, Michael has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. He gained extensive building experience in Australia with Built and H. Troon and in the United Kingdom with Multiplex working on a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects. Project Group’s growth, built upon many repeat clients, is testament to the service and quality of workmanship delivered under Michael’s leadership.


    Tim was the founding Director of Built in Melbourne and brings to Project Group over 20 years’ experience in planning and developing commercial and residential projects. Tim has been closely involved with Project Group since its inception in 2010, providing mentoring support to Michael Robertson, with whom he previously worked at Built. He drew on the expertise of the Project Group team to build his own developments before becoming a Director in 2012.




    Prior to joining Project Group in 2014 Nicholas was Construction Manager and Director of Systems and Commercial Management at Ireland Brown. With more than 15 years’ experience, he is an accredited auditor for Quality Assurance, OH&S and Environmental and is a Green Star Professional. Nicholas has a strong focus on mentoring staff, instilling in them a customer service ideal and enabling them to develop their skills, focusing on building exceptional quality projects.



    Steve joined Project Group in 2016, having worked with Lend Lease for 11 years, and prior, Mirvac for seven. Steve brings substantial technical knowledge and experience across all stages of large scale residential, retail and commercial projects along with strong overall planning and project programming skills. He holds extensive procurement and negotiation skills with a focus on positive and productive stakeholder management, including client liaison and reporting.


    Bill has worked in the industry for over 30 years. His skills in forward planning, team leadership, project control and developing strong relationships are invaluable to the team. Prior to joining Project Group in 2016, Bill worked with Building Engineering and Walton Construction. He brings to Project Group technical expertise and experience across all facets of the industry having held positions of Project Manager, Construction Manager, Commercial and Contracts Manager and Procurement Manager.

    David has delivered projects of exceptional quality which exceed client satisfaction, for over 20 years, nationally and internationally. As Senior Construction Manager at Madisson Projects, David oversaw all phases of multi-million dollar construction works. His solid trade background and practical skill set, partnered with his excellent communication and management skills, are a huge asset to Project Group.


    Don has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to joining Project Group, working with Kane Constructions, Don delivered exceptional projects across the institutional sector including for Deakin University at Burwood, BUPA Aged Care, Knox Private Hospital, Wyndham Medical Clinic and the Harold Holt Pool. His experience also includes high quality fitout, refurbishment and new builds across London.
